Action-Research Sessions are conceived as a highly contextualised learning strategy to enhance the link between research and society with a transformative effect for researchers and stakeholders. This format unites knowledge users and researchers in the same learning process, as a process in which new knowledge is built on the diversity of experiences and perspectives of the actors involved.
Sessions will particularly focus on how to introduce changes related to:
- how researchers' efforts can be better defined in terms of research questions and topics using tools and methods developed within FOSSR;
- how research results related to the research infrastructures involved in FOSSR can be exploited for the benefit of society; and
- how to develop research infrastructure content with implications for desirable societal impacts.
